QOCA license

Get QOCA license

Register now Good news: QOCA is open to public now.
QOCA software was developed at JPL. Caltech holds the copyrights of QOCA. To get QOCA executable code, you must get the license from JPL office first. QOCA is free for any non-commercial institute and agency. When a new vesion is released, all QOCA users will see the notice on the web and can ftp the new version. Due to the funding and manpower limit, we are not able to provide full service to users. To help the QOCA users to resolve the problems they encountered, we try to establish a web-based online helpboard. Every user can pose his problem to the public, and everyone (including the developer of QOCA) can answer the question. Let's help each other to make the software more effective. For the same reason, we can not write down detailed manual. We try to organize the web page to make it as a online manual.

The procedures to get the QOCA license are as followings:

Sign online license agreement:

  • Due to the manpower shortage, currently only the Linux versions are available. If you need other platform version, please contact Da Kuang first.
  • Read the license agreement carefully.
  • If you agree with all the items of the agreement, you should provide all the information required by the agreement.
  • Click the "Register Acceptance" button in the agreement page to submit the application.
Download the QOCA executable code:
  • When we get your application, we will process it according to our software release policy. After your application is approved, you will receive an email with instruction on how to download the software.
  • We will put the corresponding QOCA executable code into a ftp directory for downloading.
Note:
  • Individuals located in any of the six embargoed countries (Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Cuba, Lybia and Sudan. These are subject to change) are not permitted to access the software. It is also illegal for one to obtain the software for an individual from an embargoed country.
